All,

please remember, the main point of the Pajero Owners Club (UK) is to provide a common community for owners of the Pajero range where, as well as joining in the community spirit, you can also help each other out.

Occasionally, there are individuals who are being less than helpful in their use of the forums, chatroom and pm (private mail) facilities ...

If you are not feeling in the mood to be pleasant, polite or helpful, please do not come in to the club to use the facilities - it's unconstructive and unhelpful - at worst, it's putting other club members off!

The forums are moderated and the moderators reserve the right to edit / delete / move any posts that are deemed to be offensive or misplaced. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend the account of any persistent offender.

Please remember too, the 'chat' forum is the place for lighted-hearted chat / banter ... please refrain from turning (for example) a technical query into a chat thread ... the originating poster will (no doubt) have requested to be notified of responses ... it is unhelpful for them to then login and find a number of posts in response to their query that are not providing an answer to their question.

If you really just want to chat, we do have an online (interactive) chatroom ... the link is at the top of this page.

Please, use the facilities sensibly - keep the club great!

Simon.

I have had a number of 'prompts' relating to the fact that the 'offline chat' forum seems to be both spilling over into the other forums and producing a greater number of threads in the 'view posts since last visit' facility.

Please be prudent in your use of the 'chat' forum, (there is an online chatroom if you want to just 'chat'), in particular, please try to keep 'chat and banter' out of the technical forums ... more and more members who post requests for assistance are finding that they are notified of a response to their query, only to find an 'off-topic' response.

Thanks,

Simon.
