We might be better off finishing at the pub, else we're going 30 miles up and through the plain to meet and then will have turn around to come back down another 17 miles to start the off-roading, which seems a bit daft IMHO 47 miles done, no mud found
I've amended the original post (OP) to suggest a meet and the route will take us East of the plain, then through to German Village for 1300hrs (ish) for Dawn & Mark's moment. we can then go across the west plain towards the shooting range etc.
For those who have done parts of this route, I apologise, there are only so many legal tracks and there will be people who will have never done any of them, so we should all just enjoy the day as a trek across the Plain.
Hope that helps, PLEASE CHECK OP FOR NEWS AND TIMES AND LOCATIONS etc.
cheers |

if most of us are already at the campsite, how will the management know if a few "guests" slip in sat morning? all we have to do is meet and depart quietly. |

they can't wait for you lot to leave already! let alone more join them!!
leave at 9am for the meeting point for 0945, there are day trippers coming from afar so A303 rendezvous is easier for them and easy for mega-meet campers to get to,
well easy route - A36 to Salisbury then just up the A345 to Amesbury |

will be there Do you have an approximate time you think we will get to the pub, just so I can pre warn my staff. Do not want to scare them when a group of "dirty" offroaders descend on them
