|
|
Does anyone know where to start looking for replacement leather seat covers for my Land Cruiser?
The drivers seat is heavily worn and has already been repaired once, so I just want to replace it and move on - but haven't found a lot of options with google, just wondered if anyone had any suggestions...
Thanks guys.
Alaric. |

Well, I didn't get many suggestions here or elsewhere!
I found a guy who works for the Aston Martin/Jaguar repair and restoration workshop near me who was able to make new covers from scratch.
It wasn't cheap at £350, but that was for both seat bases, materials, manufacture and fitting. Toyota wanted £450 per base just for the cover, no fitting!
He came to my house, removed the seats from the car and bought them back, finished, less than 2 days later!
If you in the Kent area and your seats could do with some attention then give him a call, he's done an awesome job! Lee on 07866 922 215

It is! He's done an excellent job of matching both the colour (bearing in mind that the leather in the car has aged) and the style! |
