I sent my email to website@mitsubishi-cars.co.uk and got a reply from CustomerRelations@mitsubishi-cars.co.uk although at the bottom of their email it appears to have come from a dealer in Cirencester.

Do you know who is the best person to direct my query to? |

Thanks for the link but that is the one I used to email them. Looks like i'm out of luck and will have to put my hand in my pocket to get this blooming annoying problem fixed. Bang goes my holiday abroad this year! |

I'm still waiting for the dealership to contact me regarding the parts for the 3 recalls on the Shogun, and it is over a week since I took it to be checked...... does it take that long for the bits to get delivered? Phone call time I think. |
No it shouldn't, we get over night parts delivery as long as the parts are ordered by about 3:30 pm and they are it stock at ccc. |

Just got back from Falmouth. All 3 of the recalls on the Shoggie have now been done......... a 2 hours wander around Falmouth, including a stop in "Subway" and I also had a test drive in an Outlander, (didn't know they had 7 seats). Salesman did his best to try and persuade me to switch over, but he failed, he couldn't get past my main issue........ they are too expensive |

My Dad had his recall in 2013. His recall never covered the HBB. His recall was for dipstick EGR cooler. And a remap on the engine for noise |
