there is a Wetherspoons in Skipton |
When i was working up and down country Wetherspoons was my one and only good meal for the week...
fish cakes for starters
then
all day brunch
followed by cake and custard
with drink (coke) came to about £12 well worth the money. |

Go to t' top of main street in Skipton (market is sited either side on cobbled areas either side of main street), there is a roundabout (near to t'castle)........ turn left and go down t'hill. On t'left just before left turn, there is a butchers/pie shop (I always park just around the corner).......... go in there, purchase 24 pies (they will provide a box and grease proof paper), you will have ample food, no need to buy anywhere else, except for maybe another 2 dozen pies ......... always watch for gravy drips when eating a hot one |

Mr Dale, you have just gone and made me feel hungry homesick..... Oh OK, hungry
A question to all people who have stopped smoking............. after smoking your last fag (to any gay americans, I apologise ), does 6 weeks really seem like 6 years?
This is an edit........... hungry and homesick |
