Is there any easy way to get a vehicle over there from scotland.  I thought there used to be a ferry from newcastle to norway but i cant find anything...

Sadly there aren't any ferries to Norway, Sweden or Iceland from the UK any more. You'll need to get the ferry to Denmark, then drive from there.

Annoyingly from Paisley that means driving for 8 hours south through England to Harwich, getting the ferry then driving another 8 hours from Esbjerg to Stockholm in Sweden.
