See where you are going before you get there!

OS map in the laft hand pain and Google® maps in the right hand pain and they move in unison. Both maps are scalable and you can zoom in on both at the same time.

this is brilliant, thanks. i think they have a mobile version too.

my question is... are national trails open to all traffic as I have been told viking way is classified as a (BOAT) but isnt shown as that on os map further confusion is the ever questionable wikipedia also claims its open to all traffic.

I believe I've posted a link to that site several times over the last few years Smile

Also take a look at Trailwise - they have a nice facility to search for BOATs and permissive access roads based on the OS and Definitive Maps.
