Thanks to Mark, my gloomy days of the engine dying after 30m are over! Mark came out to deepest, darkest Norfolk on Sunday and replaced the fuel pump seal on my '98 Shogun. The real test was this morning, first time I've used it since Sunday, when it started first time and ran perfectly. I just wish I'd called him sooner.
Mark's a top bloke that I'd thoroughly recommend. Really knows his stuff, turned up when he said he would (called to confirm he was 15 mins away), charged the price he quoted, got the job done quickly (would've been quicker if I hadn't kept him chatting) explained what he was doing as he worked and gave me some tips on keeping the engine in good nick.
Thanks Mark!

I cannot praise Mark enough, he came at the time he said he would and completed the pump seal at the price quoted and quickly.
He also gave me good infomation about other faults he found, his prices are resonable and he travels miles to keep us on the road. just a shame my starter is faulty now . Keep upp the good work Mark you are a great bloke and mechanic, i will def recomend you and use you again |

Another glowing review for Mark here from Cullompton, Devon.
Had symptoms of pump seal failure, mid week(tues,) confirmed it by thursday when it happened again. Posted wanted add here for someone to offer to fix it, mark got in contact, came down the same week sunday, fitted replaced seal in about 2 hours in pouring rain (Sorry) - Had that been local garage i'd of been waiting days and likely paying a tad more despite the distance Mark travelled (essex to devon !)
Top lad, great work too, very professional.
If he lived closer I'd honestly use him all the time for pajero servicing. (and i'm not shy when it comes to mechanics myself)
Thanks again mate, Paj been fine since and yes MPG is slightly better now too! |

Well after 3 weeks of starting and cutting out, then not starting, I had a visit from Mark yesterday.
He phoned to say he was 30mins away and was there in 25. After a quick chat and replaced my heater plugs, the tools came out and before I knew the pump was off, new seal in to replace the incorrect one that someone had fitted before I owned her.
Then pump back on, bled up , and away she went, starting and running sweet as a nut. He also tidied up a few bits under the bonnet, and job done in a couple of hours. Would have probably been quicker but we got chatting, a very nice, and interesting guy to talk to, and his workmanship is second to none..
I would thoroughly recommend Mark to anyone who needs work doing....
Thanks again Mark |

Mark came all the way to the valleys of Wales to sort my pajero out, really professional job and a really nice guy...wish there were a few more like him. Pump was in and out and all fixed in 2 hours, which included answering the questions i asked, and giving advice on general servicing. I was a bit sceptical on the increase in mpg, but after a good run today, mark was right its like a different truck, at least 10 mpg extra...Even with the travelling costs, the job still cost me less than the local garages! Thank you Mark, i wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services to anyone.....Top geezer. |

Mark came and did my 2.8 pump seal today. Lovely chap and the engine runs like a dream now. Hard to believe it's 16 years old and done nearly 150k. Thoroughly recommend him! |
