Well I have only gone and bought a pinin and a rather nice one too.
2003 Pinin Warrior, Grey, 89000 miles....
One owner from new (a doctor).
Fully main dealer stamped service history (serviced at all of the correct intervals).
Seemed immaculate outside and in (apart from a little tear in the leather of the drivers seat).
I did all the usual checks and the underside and around the rear wheels was very tidy.
Came from a dealer local to me who was excellent and I collect it tomorrow.
So I can finally say I am a Shogun owner (even if its a little one haha) |

Hi Mark,
Thanks bud although I don't think this one will be off roading anytime soon, it's way too nice.
The closest this will get to mud is when I clay the body work when the weather gets better but never say never lol. |

Hi all
Sorry I have not replied until now but things went a bit mad for me for a bit.
Love those pictures that Venn posted....
Can't see me doing that with my pinin anytime soon but it does look great fun.
I don't want to jinx anything but I am really happy with my car at the mo.
Really easy to drive, super comfy (black leather inside) and since I bought it I have only put £25 of petrol in it and its still on 1/4 of a tank. Well happy.....
Tyres are practically new, super select is spot on, gear changes smooth and the engine has a pleasing growl when you need to over take and a purr when just plodding along at 30 or 40.
As I said, don't want to jinx it but all the signs are I have got a goodun.
Just waiting for the weather to get better then there are some scratches I want to try and get rid of before I clay her and make her sparkle even more than she does already.
Almost forgot the ONLY niggle is the is a tear in the driver seat on the side . I have been reading up on the various leather repair kits out there but as there are so many if anyone has any experience I'd be glad of a recommendation for one and any good leather care products, like something to feed the leather to keep it soft and supple and so on.
Cheers me dears. |
