I replaced the full zaust,as mine is a pre 93 the cat went in the bin, centre box removed and a box before and after axle to keep noise down a little. I think the cat gives the biggest difference(unless you get a cat replacement and fit for mot). It should make it a little beefier, might feel a little more responsive............for the 1st mile then its the norm |

The centre box is the main box on the shogun. If a SWB there is no other. On the LWB there's a tiny one at the rear. My opinion it will be unbearable and you will look stupid driving it about. |

just acquired a cherry bomb original which im going to fit in line deleting large heavy centre silencer
with a cherry bomb in line the sound wont be horrendous like a straight pipe but freer on the restrictions
a project for a month or so time as need to source reducers and short length of flexi
should save weight if nothing else
any one got knowledge of using cherry bomb
luckily mine is the original not a fleabay special |

I have a straight through stainless silencer in the centre. Sounds really throaty, especially trundling along at 2000 revs.
Tried it with no silencer and it was horrendous coming off the throttle. |

The original silencer is heavily baffled. I cut mine open to take a look. I have the pics somewhere. |
