Folks,
coming toward the end of my Shogun rebuild and I've replaced the smashed up airhorns that were on the car with the two standard horns, however they won't work, I know the horns themselves work as I've shorted across terminals to check, I've looked at fuses and all seems well, will there be something else that was introduced when the airhorns were installed that I've missed and causing my issues?.

Thanks in advance
Trev

The air horns would have had a relay fitted - probably to the original wires and a thick one to the battery.

Thanks Guys that helps a little, there was certainly a power lead taken straight from the +ve terminal of the battery to the horns, presumably to run the compressor, although they were smashed up pretty bad so difficult to see how they were pre-smash.

My horns each have a single source lead (+ve) and are earthed to the body via the bolt to the front panel. I have a feeling it's something to do with the relay.

I just need to find the right one Smile

But don't connect a link between 30 and 87 as shown or you will have horns that work 24/7 Wink
