Hi all, I have just bought a Shogun 3.2 DID SWB 2007 (new shape) and I'm looking to fit a lift kit and massive tyres. Can anyone recommend a supplier that knows the in's and out's of all the options and sizes that will fit my car.

Hi there, thanks for the link, I'll have a good read.
I'm finding it difficult to find relevant information on my shape of shogun. I guess not that many people have modified the latest shape yet. |

The 2007 model is essentially a major facelift of the 2000 model and the suspension layout is the same. We had a set of 275/65/18 mud terrains on 8.5x18 Warrior wheels and they just fitted in the arches with minimal clearance on full lock. |

Thanks for the info radiomike. Am I right in thinking that 275/65/18 is the biggest tyre that will fit then despite any lift kit I might fit. Could I go wider if I wanted to? |

The mk3s have a generous lock and the 275s came close to the frame rails and arch liners on full lock. Any sign of tyre/body contact is a potential mot fail, even if the tester cannot replicate the contact. |
