As above,no need to take wing off, just bolts at top of wing and inner door, remove indicator to get in there, Can get around 3" flex away from body, just enough room.

If remove inner arch make sure you have some new screws as will shear, may need re tapping. Also dont worry about every bolt, just get most done Wink obv make sure sealed and may need to drill inner arch for the snork attachment on the inside.
Kev RIP gave me a hand on mine, great guy.........

Hi and welcome!! Your truck has undergone a transformation and looks ace  Very Happy

Yours looks a very similar model to mine, haven't seen many 'narrow body' ones without the arches as standard. I would post a photo but the forum won't let me!

I have a question - how well did the plastic arches fit on? I need to find a solution because I've been warned my tyres poking out as far as they do will likely fail an MOT so was thinking of buying a set of arches from a scrap yard and painting them up to match. Do you have any advice for fitting?

Many thanks in advance!!

Sam

hi ! sry i took so long for reply Smile
i just used skrews along the inner arch and glued the rest with clear Tec7 Smile

It seems to hold up.  as for the rest of the plastic on the doors, and back arches i drilled holes so the plugs that originaly holds them fitted Smile
remeber to take as many plugs as you can from the scrappy Smile

God luck ! Smile
