HI guys new to this forum I have 2000 swb Pajero when cold it has slight lurching or hesitation, drive it for short time and it goes away. Took it to dealership and they say they cant read injector code because its a Japanese import just wondering wether some one has experienced or could shed some light on this problem

That dealer is as thick as mince.
there is no injector codes as its not common rail.
Is your engine light on.
if not I have had these injectors with blocked tips.
if no fault codes it needs injectors testing.
im not saying it is that but likely.
I personally would of read all live data 1st to check map sensor pump postion etc etc then get injectors out once I was happy all is ok.
Try find a diesel specialists who uses carman.
I know its hard so best you ring around rather than just turn up.
I always get told the bosch does it.
this is incorrect as it does not touch it!

The mitsy dealer cant help you with reading your truck as its a import.
You need a guy who does jap imports as he will only have carman.
