Hello all, I test drove a 06 shog sport warrior today (120k fsh) and it drove well generally and pulled well. On the Tarmac though, under fairly brisk acceleration it got all 'wavy' and felt like it wasn't really in touch with the road- same under braking- a bit disconcerting really.

Otherwise it seemd like a good truck - I don't remember my 04 L200 feeling like this... Does this ring any bells? Could it be just tyres needed? Or should I 'steer' clear (pardon the pun)

Down a boggy lane and 4WD in a field it felt great Smile

Any thoughts?

Could be all manner of things;

Worn suspension bushes/shockers/springs
Tyre pressure too low
Non matching tyres

Have a good look at the suspension bushes to see if they`re perished, inspect the tyres and check they are all the same type/make also check for uneven wear patterns that could indicate worn suspension or even damage. Has it had a body/suspension lift? that could also affect the vehicle dynamics
