Performance chip upgrade

I have seen a lot of topics about performance chips but not a mention of these -
Performance Chip OBD2 MITSUBISHI GRANDIS 2.0 Diesel Chip Box Tuning OBD 2 II (from Ebay)

It connects to the OBD2 diagnostic connector which it says is inside the vehicle usually under the steering column. I can't see this connector.

Has anyone installed one of these? They appear to come from Poland and there are loads on Ebay for £119.99. Can't add an image as I seem to have exceeded my quota of 1byte.
