Guys. happy to see our new group for MK4s. It will definitely make MK4's discussions more efficient and assist the small community to solve any issues.
I have 2007, SWB , MK4 , AUTO, Diamond with only 57K miles, looks great.
If someone wants to know or has any questions, besides service - my car had the following changes :
1. Inlet Manifold cleaning, NT Sensor location change (Original MM KIT), software update. - very common especially for cars like mine which do urban rides and low mileage.
2. lately, crankshaft pulley replacement (very rare but can happen - since it touched the case, had to replace it)
3. Replaced my 20 inch tyres to MM 17 Shogun 2010 Inch kit with new H/T BR Duller 265/65/17 tyres for better road and off road ride
4. Latest timing recall - changed the upper tensioner)
5. Services and all belts changed
6. Bosch new battery
Happy to discuss,
Tomer |

Hi its main dealer only, not sure about pieces required for your vehicle but with dpf it will be part no
MR481146 or
157A310
Check out part numbers from partsbase.org website you will get all part numbers and exploded diagram from there,
I ended up getting a custom built stainless steel exhaust from DPF back for the same money as OEM £300 with lifetime guarantee,
Hope this helps. |
