Hi guys

One of my rear shocks was damp/moist so due to mot in a few weeks decided to replace them both,

Phoned local Mitsubishi dealer £724 fitted, thank you very much,

After I stopped laughing I said to the receptionist Sorry I thought you just said £724, awkward silence ensued,

Anyway bought and fitted a pair of Munroe adventure 4x4 shocks £128 from that action site and I hate them,

What a hard ride, none of my shoguns have been a comfy ride, this is number 5, but it's terrible, I've ruined it, so what to do now,

Options, can get a pair of oem shocks from that site for £200 posted, or pair of Koni heavy track for £250

What you guys think, thanks in advance.

I'd be going back to the supplier, those must be inappropriate shocks, designed for a heavier truck, or trailer.

Get your money back if you can and fit the Koni ones. The best damper you'll ever fit.
The originals will probably be KYB, if you want a good standard damper then Sachs super Touring are good. That's what mine has and they are good. Bilstiens are good too and will be somewhere inbetween cost wise.

Thanks guys for your imput, got in touch with company I bought them from only to be told there's nowt wrong with them and there

must be summit wrong with my suspension as and I quote ( 3.2 did shoguns are notorious for suspension problems )

Well told him that's bollocks only to then be told I could send them to Monroe to be checked but would have to buy another pair

Whilst they were away and would be reimbursed if found to be faulty, nah I Dinny think so, gunna take the hit and buy a pair of Koni.

Thanks again guys.
