After looking in the forum and not finding much I just went with a bit of common sense, to replace the power steering fluid i put a clear pipe over the bleed nipple on the steering box going into a clear 2 litre bottle, cracked  open the nipple and started her up, wow it was black, not good at all, while it was pumping out into the bottle I was refilling at the same time, as soon as the fluid came through nice and bright red I turned her off, tightened nipple, topped bottle up, now for bleeding just turn the wheel lock to lock a few times and top up bottle if need be, just make sure both front wheels are off the ground and that's it, hope this helps someone

Its on top of the steering box mate by the adjuster screw, should have a rubber nipple on it like the one on your brake calliper
