Check your water level.
ive had a phew of these with duff egr coolers in.

as for the regen that dont sound right to me.
even on tractors the only system I see is the sisutronic system.
never really been the field for long with them except when theres a prob.
no one ever said to me about white smoke.

Lol.
injector cleaner will do nothing for duff injectors.
if there worn there worn.
its a myth lol.
it releases the build up of gum from fuel lines and injectors.
all this goes straight into your fuel filter.
the times ive had people in with duff injectors and they run tin after tin of cleaner through.
in end they get injectors done lol.

This truck has done 90 thousand and is mint it is a fresh import from japan wouldent have thought the injectors would be worn. We do have dirty desiel in nz and the mechanic thought it might be one  of the injectors blowing a incomplete paten. Wont be running multipal tins through if it sorts it it sorts it pulling the injectors will be the next port of call if this dosent work. No use throwing cash at it if thers a cheep fix lol

Hey Ragman

I've been having an occasional white smoke problem with my 2007 Shogun DID 3.2 as well and was wondering if you managed to figure out what the problem is with your's if any? Some have suggested it's DPF regeneration but I'm not sure.

Wayne
