I had a Shogun and it didn't have the adjustable suspension - I assume it was an extra on the Shogun. |

What about the power and hold switch? I thought all autos had them? |

Not sure - my Shogun was a manual.
I would have thought all the autos would have an A/T switch - but I couldn't say for certain. |

My shogun is an ex helicopter airfield vehicle and there's lots of holes drilled in the dash, switches etc I'm guessing for all the communication stuff it must of had to have, just wondering if it was an optional extra or if some numpty has taken it out, cos the electrics are a mega mess, but every auto I've had regardless of make has had a a/t switch of some sort. |

Right been looking in my manual and where the a/t switch should be I've got a blanking plate with the red led for the alarm, pulled it out and under it there is a white connector block sitting there, so I'm thinking it's been removed, but if it has and it was in normal position would it flag up any warning lights. |

You only get the autobox Hold/Power control switch on V4AW3 gearboxes - which means 2.8 diesel or 3.5 petrol. If you've got a 2.5 diesel or a 3.0 petrol, you have a V4AW2 gearbox which is all mechanical and so doesn't have Hold or Power modes. |

No, they all used similar looms. Accessories and extras are often fitted at dealer level rather than factory depending on customer requirments so the looms have the connectors in ready |

OK, yes, I was oversimplifying - the later, 24V 3.0 petrol comes with the electronic controlled V4AW3 gearbox |
