'ning All.

Just picked up a 3.2 DiD Gen3 (NP). No service history, handbook, or radio code (Doh!) but it looks mostly stock and in reasonable condition! The first thing I did was a full fluids/filters change (thanks to the info on the forum!) and I'm now battling an intermittent super-select niggle.

The freewheel actuator on the front diff sometimes doesn't (dis)engage. I've not had a huge amount of time to fiddle properly yet, but I have noticed that the rubber boot covering the actuator rod has a small hole. Whether or not this is the cause of the problem, it needs to be fixed, but I cannot find a replacement boot anywhere!

I have found complete replacement actuators, but as it works most of the time I imagine it just needs a clean and grease, together with the new boot. Do you know of anywhere I can source a replacement? Or is there an alternative?
