Brakes dont feel right

didnt get to drive the pajero far today, first time its moved for a while.

i noticed while driving the red brake light was on dash, brake fluid level was ok....

also when lightly pressing the brakes could feel the pedal being abit springy, like abs was kicking in..

any ideas?
