Greetings,  my old girl runs like a dream but of late she has started with a case of suspension creak, especially when off road and the suspension is working a little harder than normal.  I've looked for grease nipples and can see none, there seems be be more than one source of creaks....just like me knees!  I would welcome any suggestions.

I know that the Evo is different to ordinary Pajeros but on a standard truck it is often the bottom ball joint - or aftermarket polyurethane bushes.

its dust in the bushes. try squeezing a bit of rubber grease in there, or live with it if you can. Some times even a good blast with high preasure water can sort it out.

Evo creak usually silent blocks of the upper arm. Rusted metal sleeve. You can carve at turner new metal sleeve and the sleeve caprolan.
Or buy a new silent blocks for the rear upper arm.
For upper front arm  silent blocks are not sold separately.

Do you mean bushes instead of "silent blocks" - bushes made of rubber or upgrade bushes made of polyurethane?

No, I'm talking about the original silent blocks. In the upper arm.
They are not from a single piece of rubber. A few of the sleeves - metal case, rubber, metal sleeve, graphite caprolon sleeve, and again the metal sleeve - which rust and friction with caprolon sleeve sound a nasty creak.

Friend is doing polyurethane silent blocks to the upper arms, the likeness of the original, but I personally not yet installed such. Renovated at Turner original silent blocks and satisfied.

Silent blocks for upper arm, if they creak, grease can remove creak (only use silicone grease). But in any case, in thesesilent blocks caprolan sleeve already damaged. The whole arm is loose.

These are the silent blocks made my friend. But this is the first option. There is still an ordinary caprolon, and the new version of caprolon already graphitized. It is for the front of the upper arm. To the rear arm only this week made the first time.
