Question please. I have a shogun v6 lpg. On gas it is idling and pulling very well. On petrol it idles badly, stalls a lot, there is a smell of petrol, and it is clearly down on power.
I have changed the Maf for a secondhand one, it was okay for a short time, then the same problems, I assume that perhaps it was a faulty maf as well.
My question is, if it runs fine on lpg but not on petrol, is it highly likely to be the maf? Or could it be the icv or something else.
I have also had the fuel pump changed last year. I am concerned the pipes on top of the fuel pump might be playing up again, going to check that as well.

Any ideas anyone? Runs and idles fine on lpg, but all over the place on petrol. Is it just the Maf that would show up as faulty on petrol but not affect running on lpg, or is there another component to consider, thanks.

Doesn't the LPG work under direct injection rather than through the throttle body etc? The MAF would I guess still be used for measuring airflow ...

Clean it and see if that improves things again?

I personally would pull the ICV and check the operation, leave it plugged in and turn the ignition on, you should see it 'stepping out'.

Mine ran like a mutt with a duff ICV. £40 delivered from the US of A.
