Hello.

I have this problem where my airfan for the climate is blowing as hard as it can but no air is getting to the vents.
I've ripped down the intake for the fan and there is a clear opening to the outside with no blockage. I dont want to rip down too much on the
delivery side before i get abit more knowledge about how this is buildt up.

Any suggestions?

When you change from air to the screen to air to the footwell can you hear any motors working in the dash? There are small motors to change damper positions, I am wondering if these have lost power in the closed position?

you sure about that? i've pulled out the control panel for the climate. And its all wires.
I have pulled off the wires and tried moving the pltes manually. Still no air coming out. And i can tell that the fan is doing its job by holding my hand in front of it. Smile

Hmmm... To be honest I'm going by what I saw on my 93 2.8 when I stripped it. Perhaps the 2.5 is different ? On mine there were small motors which operated linkages that opened or closed flaps to divert the air around the ducts. Perhaps someone will be along with a diagram of your arrangement?
