Hi>
Just wondering if there are any OZ Evo owners on here??
I don't believe there are many in the country at the moment - esp road registered.
Also, I am searching for one at the moment, so please message me should you know of one for sale in Australia !
Thanks

Hi Len, I've got a road registered 98 Pajero Evo in my garage in Perth.
Not too sure how many are in Australia... Wouldn't imagine there would be many. |

Nice Gus! and thanks for the reply.
Do you have any pics/mind telling more about it?
Please if you ever consider selling please let me make you a nice offer
I have been looking for quite a while.
You are the 3rd Aussie I have made contact with who has one. The other guys (one in Sydney and one in Tasmania).
As you mention, They are quite a rare beast over here (on the road at least) I guess due to our strict import regulations and the fact that our government refuses to recognise that the Evo is different to the standard Pajero released in Australia (and hence will never be able to be added to the Special and Enthusiast Vehicle import scheme). They treat an Evo as a simple model 'variant' of the standard Aussie Pajero.
Regards
Len |
