Hi guys.  Got an issue with my 2.5td sport.

I have a lot of oil in the water system.  Flushed 4 times still comes back.  1/4 fills the header tank.  Oil does not appear to drop at all. But the oil in radiator appears to be less than before.

No other issues at all.  And I mean none.  Oil pressure at 2.5 when warm  as always.  Never over heated.  Oil seeeeems fine but hard to be sure no water got in at all.  But Is not creaming and does not appear to separate when left in the bucket for 3 days.  "clear"

So my question is before I rip the head off and replace it.  Is there any thing else it might be.

As far as I know the turbos are only oil cooled.  The egr is only water cooled.  The oil cooler has its on rad that is not connected to the water.    But I do hear there is a seal on the block where the oil cooler reconnects that can fail and allow oil in to water.

Can any one just confirm the above and let me know anything I have missed just to be sure.  I'm not driving it much at all.

Where's that one.  I didn't know it had 2. Or do you mean the pipes to the block?

I thought that was the egr cooler and was only water.

OK, So turned out the Turbos on the sport are oil and water cooled,
And mine was dead,

I have swapped the turbo and the oil in the system is slowly getting less and more creamy as i try and break it down and flush it out,  Taking forever......
