Hi All,
Just want to give a big shout out to Mark, mobile mechanic from Rainham, Essex, for his excellent service last week. Came up from his base to Leicester and was working on my 2.8tdi at 8.00am. Obviously very knowledgeable and supremely talented, had my fuel pump seal changed and car up and running within about 1 1/2 hrs. A joy to watch an expert at work, explaining what he was doing and giving me a few hints and tips about keeping my car up to scratch. All round nice guy, would highly recommend to anyone contemplating having the seal changed.  Very Happy

Hey Mark, I have a pump seal. Could you fit a nice new Pajero to it?

The main shaft seal is available from TT automotive, part number 9461615373, you prolly wont need the 125mm O ring, i done over 800 seal changes and only used 20 O rings lol

P.S. if you dont fancy it im going to be up that way beginning of Dec  Very Happy

i am only doing it for my mate because money is tight for him at the moment, his lass had an accident and is off work on the sick so is only getting basic sick pay,and with xmas looming he is trying to keep costs down, other wise i would have got you to do it Mark,as i have never done one before, not scared of doing it,just this time of the year when the weather is *beep* most days plus very little daylight, might take me a bit longer where as you would probably crack it in a few hours.... Wink
