I am looking to purchase a fuel filler neck for my shogun pinin vivo II 1.8 GPi 3 door. I have approached companies like Milners who advise me that they keep no spares for a pinin. Most internet advertisers only supply for a 3.5 Petrol. I can't even find the OEM part number. Please can anyone out there assist in finding this part. |

thanks for your reply themonk3106. This is where I'm at. Tried all the 4 X 4 part suppliers, - not one supplied parts for a Pinin. Tried a well known chain of breakers yards, - after several weeks they contacted me to say they had one in stock recently removed from a scrapped Pinin and in brand new condition. Given that my filler was in such bad condition it could not be repaired, I took its stated condition with a pinch of salt. On asking the price of the item I was quoted £120. I went straight to the Mitsubishi dealership and bought the item for £89. Happy days. |

I'm glad you got it sorted. Main dealers are always worth a try, for a price at least?
It's interesting to note that a few online used parts suppliers are really trying to cash in on Mitsi parts, I suppose 'rip off' would be harsh maybe 'opportunistic' is the word. |
