can any body tell when i brake i have to pump them so they go hard if i dont pump them it goes nearly to the floor but they still stop me Sad

I would first test for air in the system.

One way is to bleed the system but you could clamp off the flexible hose at each wheel (one at a time) and see if the pedal improves.

If it is a LWB then there is a load sensing valve in front of the rear axle (passenger side) that also needs bleeding.
