I made it out of an aluminium junction box then used 1/2 inch bsp fittings for the in & out. The in pipe is long enough to go past the wire wool filter.  The filter is just stainless steel wire wool
I put a sight glass on the side to monitor without removing, the crud in the bottom is after 3000 miles
When you fit one remove the pipe from the air box to the turbo and clean  as mine was filthy. Make sure you don't reduce the pipe size, as this will increase pressure in the block

Looking at putting one in mine too. How did you fix it to the inner wing Bigned? Are there not any fluid bottles hidden behind there like a mk2 has?

I made the bracket fit an existing fitting on the inner wing so no need for any drilling, the bracket is bolted onto the back of the can. I used longer bolts for this as when they stick through into the can they help hold the wire wool in position.  Hope this helps

if you have a look at the MAS on top of the air box, there is a plug, one of the wires is black and blue. follow that back make a cut and fit it in there. best bet is to do it in the cover so its out of sight and shrink wrap it up so its all sealed.

ok did mine a few days ago finally got it out for a run, on the OBD reader the egr is still showing as working and going up to 60% so two questions.

is it a fault resistor, or is it possible they have to be in a certain way??

i may have just brought the wrong one. but i also had limp mod kick in today three times, thats more than before i normally had on a run.

gonna swap the resistor out i think and then give it another see.
