On first reading, this doesn't sound great :

There are numerous links on the net (google : mitsubishi +fire) ... but when it's put into perspective, it seems that this has only affected 60 vehicles worldwide since 2001 ... no injuries / fatalities.

Funny I went to a local breakers of a part a couple of months ago, He had aboy 8 Pajero/Shoguns in. He buys his stock from the main insurance companies and they were all fire damaged in the engine by! |
