My power steering metal pipe work has corroded on my 2010 shogun, Mitsubishi want over £300 + Vat just to buy it, ouch.
Also ten day back order.
Going to try a custom hose and pipe maker to see if its cheaper and quicker.

Pirtek will (I think) only make flexible hoses.  Not sure if this will do, or if you need pipe.

These guys in Watford might also be worth talking to:  Custom Hose and Fittings

Yes I called custom hoses in Queens road Watford today, I've got to get the old ones off for them to look at, they will then be able to tell me if they can make me new ones.

They seem to have a good product range. Please keep the thread updated. I'll be interested to learn if they can do them.

Pirtek will also make steel hoses if they have the equipment, some do and some don't.

Seems there was a hick up from my local garage and Mitsubishi, they quoted the complete pipe work and it tuns out after I visited Mitsubishi with the small amount of pipe in disbelief of the quoted cost.
And they were able to sell me just the corroded section I needed £29
So all leaky pipe work changed and has been decoked having stripped the inlet and egr down giving it a damn good clean, I fitted a aluminium baffled oil catch tank and she feels like a new motor.
