Aye indeed Pete, just had to laugh though as I was reading through it, because I knew what the punchline was gonna be at the end, everyone's hanging on for an answer and the OP is "promising" one, ie Will do, but we all know usually at the end there's no reply ?

I think I have a spare digital screen HVAC panel now, and I have a spare Pajero with the older panel so I could actually confirm this after 9 years, or at least compare the rear of the two units for connector compatibility at least if it was still of any interest.
