I bought my first ever 4x4 and to be quite honest I wish I'd done it sooner, nothing like the feeling of your own big truck taking a massive gulp of air whilst whizzing over any terrain.

I have come a cropper with some minor issues though

Got hot and radiator has split not sure what's happened but putting new one in this weekend.

Previous owner has had a reconditioned head fitted and runs amazing

The sunroof is taped up with duck tape so can only assume it must have been leaking

Both rear arches have started to rust through on the lips and inner edge... 😣

Otherwise not a bad truck but needs tlc

Welcome to the club wav

The split rad needs some more investigation I think. Seems a bit suspicious that the previous owner put a recon head on and now it has overheated hmmm The big risk with overheating is the head cracking. Might be worth getting it pressure tested and I would be replacing the water pump to, not expensive but rules out that as a problem.
