Rosen entertainment system headrest screens not working

I have a 2016 Shogun SG4 with a Rosen entertainment system. The dual headrest screens have stopped working altogether. I have changed battery on the remote control for the screens and also done a master reset on the car head unit but still no luck! Anybody have this problem before?

Me neither unfortunately. I have no idea how to fix it but if it's any consolation my fag lighter has stopped working and now I can't use my dash cam. Damn Mitsubishi!
