Hello Everyone, sorry in advance if this has already been asked !!

I've recently bought an evolution and was wondering if anyone knew how many were left or where I could find out ??
Id be especially interested how many manuals were made and how many are left in existence

The one I've bought was parked up on a farm with a clutch burnt out and looking sorry for its self, hopefully by the end of today it will have an mot on it (its been a busy couple of weeks!!)

Congratulation on your newly acquired EVO!

We are somehow in the same boat ... I just imported a manual EVO that has been sitting for some time idle in a Baltic State ... mine is also converted to LHD.

I have a long list of items to check and fix on the car, but it is fundamentally sound even if a little neglected (must have been in storage since about 2007).

For what has been posted years ago on this forum: Mitsubishi itself does not have an exhact official figure for total production (let alone for manual gearbox units) and they just replied "about 2500 in total" to an e-mail by a fellow forum member.

Somewhere I read that the original manuals were about 300 ... most of them converted for racing.

Mine must be one of the very last, as my vin ends in 2607 ...
