Hi any ideas guys broke rear leaf spring, straight forward job I thought done a few in the past, everything went according to plan until
I come to removing the bolt holding the front eye undid the but OK but find the bolt is seized solid in the eye, can't knock it through the chassis big mash hammer and it just wont move, broke two sockets trying to turn the bolt( nut removed) So definitely seized

No access to gas to burn through the bolt and remove it that way, not enough room to cut it with grinder at !east not without also cutting chassis.

Any ideas.

I don't know how stuck it is but I've had a few horrible ones.

I have got them out with heat from a blowtorch that uses "MAPP" gas (Propane/Butane mix I think)  I haven't had to get them glowing red - just hot and then knock the bolt out with a round drift or chisel.

This is the torch I have - it is hotter than the usual butane ones LINK
