I think you will struggle - they are difficult to find even for the MkII. |

Damn.. I'm after a set of front and rear guards, and a set of fender flares. And neither are easy to source.. |

I've got polycarbonate ones on my front - I tinted them.
Light guards are built into the bullbar.

I've seen the advertised for Land Rovers - maybe they can be adapted. |

Some of the earlier defender ones used to just screw on. If they are big enough to fit maybe an idea |

|
|
I'm thinking of buying an Mk1 that has flares. I like the style better without flares.
1) What damage is left to be repaired if the flares are removed?
2) Daniel- I'd be happy to sell them at a reasonable cost tho' you might not like the shipping from NZ
Does anyone have a photo of an Mk1 with the factory flares removed (so I can see the rework needed)?
Am I correct that no other parts would be affected (ie.- same step/running boards, etc.)?
Thanks!

Im so sorry for taking so long to answer your post but i had some family issues to attend and left the Mitsu a bit on the side.. buying from Nz would be a bit hard as im from Portugal, on the other side of the world! Anyway, if you could send some pictures and price, id take it into considerarion anyway. Many thanks and best regards |
