Hi Les
I have just found a new zealand web site for the mmcs systems which may be of interest to you.
http://mmcs.ignition.net.nz

I haven't had much luck with the downloads yet, but it still makes interesting reading.

John,

How on earth did you find that ?
I've registered with the site so I can access the downloads.
I'll let you know if I have any success.
This might be of interest to Simon as well.
Thanks,

Les

I recently bought a 2000 model 3500gdi Pajero, it has the communication system fitted, but nothing would work, after a few hours on tinternet i managed to contact someone who was supplying the re boot discs for £25. This bloke seemed to be clued up on it and told me that some dealers dont realise that this system is actually worth about 5k! they more often than not rip it out and replace it with a run of the mill cd radio. After rebooting, i have the reversing camera working, thermometer, air con and heating system details, cd, radio, sat nav but only in Japanese!!, graphic equaliser, it also has a TV but it has a lot of interferance on reception, just wondering if there was any way of getting the TV to work properly, and if there was any way of getting the sat nav to work in English, also, i havn't worked out what the joystick is for on the face of the radio panel.

Terry,

The sat nav won't work over here.
There's a gadget on the E site at the moment which claims to convert the tv's to work over here.
Who supplied your cd, I still have'nt managed to find a cd to re boot my system.
