Hi all just done a service and changed the glow plugs as the paj was struggling to start bought some mitzi plugs but still struggles on a morning for work and then when I leave for work any ideas what this could be 93 2.8 auto. Any help appreciated.

Feel stupid telling  everyone this but we learn off our mistakes. Stripped the fuel pump off and removed filter to find the old seal still in situ. removed it started first turn of the key obviously dragging air in lol. How stupid do I feel.
