Hi guys, need a bit of help please

Just bought pajero sport 2003 with 110,000m genuine!, passed the test, fitted bfg all terrains.
On way home alternator regulator went and charging at 16volts plus, turned all electrics on and got home. Replaced alternator tonight, started first time ran for 10 mins then just cut out... engine is 4d56, read codes aas 46 injection control and vgt control pressure. Also found engine management fuse blown in fuse box. Replaced fuse and now all dash lights are back but will not start.
Any pointers. Someone says could be chip on ECU board burned out ??
