Can you tow a caravan with a Shogun LWB Diesel in 2 Wheel Drive?

Shogun LWB with i presume select 4wd? Yes, i always towed in RWD or H2. No issues at all............iirc the later mkIII might have been susceptible to diff problems, so it was advised in manual to use 4h(could be wrong as going off my poor memory).

So if its the mkII which i presume, your fine. Can use 2h or 4h, the latter might be better if towing a heavy load(3.5t max).

Thank you. yes LWB with select 4WD I think it is a Mark III, it is a 2010 model. This is the reason I was asking about towing in 2WD as the flashing Orange light comes on in the  4WD diagram in the center of dashboard.

As far as i know and remember, it is advised to use 4h towing. What are you towing(weight), under a ton wont make any difference.

Flashing light could simply be lack of use, have you driven it a good bit in 4h, reversed forward reverse sometimes stops the flashing. Not well up on the mkIII, but a quick google on centre diff light flashing. Could be one of the solenoids sticking.
