My ABS light returned the fault codes for the rear solenoids in the valve block. I have metered them out and they are ever so slightly outside of the resistance range.

I’m a bit reluctant to spend 500 quid getting it refurbished if it’s just a dry joint or something.

Anyone else had this issue or stripped one down?

So I have replaced the HBB and the fault still remains.

I bought an Autel scanner and that reads the codes no problem, the 43 & 44 still remain despite having a new HBB which has known good solenoids on it.

I'm thinking it might be the ECU as the fault keeps returning and the tests of the solenoids through the diagnostic scanner only works for one then it locks up. A reset of the ignition allows another test so I'm guessing the ECU is *beep*.

Any thoughts?
