|

Hello all,
I have a 1999 Pajero, Diesel, Manual and it's running really roughly. It was fine a few months ago since I bought it but the last couple of months it's been running badly. No smoke, just feels likes it's being choked. It will accelerate fine, but I can tell it's not giving full power. I had it idle a while back and it just stopped, not done that since. Doesn't cut out during driving and starts fine.
It started after I put supermarket fuel in for a few weeks. Suspiciously my van also came up with fuel filter light around the same time this problem started with the Pajero also filed up at the same station.
I have checked the EGR valve and it looks clean.
The fuel filter looks new, but of course I realise it could now be blemished after that horrible fuel!
Any ideas? |

I would change the fuel filter - if your van had a problem then probably the same thing on your truck. |
