please any member near middlesbrough i desperatly need help
deisel return pipe was leaking so i replace the flexi pipe that went to the tank , then the pipe into the tank was leakimg so i replaced the pipe and soldered a new return pipe into the tank then i replaced the full return pipe from the tank to the fuel pump , but seems to be air stuck in the system as as soon as it drops from 2.5 thow revs its stalls , need advice hoe to blead the air out of the system as thats all it can be as the system is airt ytight now |

i am thinking if it,s a 2.8 it could be the pump seal as it,s rare on a 2.5 but full model details would be helpful..does it start run then cut out a few times before it gets going or are you cutting out a short distance after you have started.... |

Hi , thanks for the quick responce , its a 2.5 and if its been stood it takes a few cranks to get it running and it ticks over fine but then once the revs have gone past 2.5 thow and you let it drop to tick over it then grumbles and stalls |

Thank you to all that helped , it tured out to be a 20p rubber gasket that was letting air into the fuel system which in turn had caused an airlock it , i had to bleed the air from the system then let it sit for 30 - 40 mins then bleed it again this had to be done 6 times before all the air was out and the pajero went back to its normal reliable starting |
