Hi guys and gals
So had my shogun sport for about 4 month now.
It’s fine 140k now
I’ve had new clutch fitted, new rocker gasket, and oil cooler pipes fitted along with new glow plugs, and just put a new starter motor on as that when Boxing Day.

Now I have a problem with it starting which has been getting worse from day one, wether it’s hot or cold, it turns over no problems, I let the glow plugs warm a couple of times, now sometimes it starts immediately then sometimes it takes a good minute or so worth of cranking over and pumping accelerator seems to help. Main noticeable thing is parking down hill seems to help it start much easier, level and uphill always takes longer.

I can’t see any noticeable leaks in any fuel lines although haven’t looked under the car, the water in fuel filter light is on at the minute as I haven’t been able to work out how to drain it yet, the car runs absolutely fine once started.

I’m thinking something to do with receiving fuel to engine but I don’t know where to start so I’m asking for any ideas or known solutions to this as in just thinking one day my battery isn’t going to hold out and I’ll be stuck very soon
Thanks in advance and happy new year all
