There are newly manufactured aftermarket priming pumps available online for around £25 to £30 if that helps. |

From a quick search online, there may be one or more o-rings in the priming pump which can be changed.
Unfortunately I have not been able to find any more information. |

If your existing is the heated type with white sliding plunger they all leak while being used, they're fine once the system is primed and it tightened back up, hand tight only or it'll break off. |

just a update, motor now running ok..... by passed the filter, new fuel pipes
with a in-line filter. when i first tried to start it nothing no air showing in
filter, cracked the injector feed pipes no air ..... still not starting...
then tried the stop-start solenoid !!!!! this was not making its clicking noise.
so took the one off my old pump tested that yes it was ok.
so swapped it over. after struggling to get the top 8mm tiny nut off
and connection. got there in the end.
first turn of the key off she went with loads of smoke from the rear and
engine bay....(spilt diesel) then got dark so had to stop.
got to re-fit the intercooler etc in the morning (maybe) |

They are way better and the heater isn't needed since the early 90s as diesel nol longer waxes up when cold |
