Hi,
First time post on here, so apologise if this has already been covered.
I have a 2006 shogun sport 2.5 TD, 100k miles, the car over heated, the rad had split, so new rad, still losing water so the head has been done and needed to done, still losing clean water through the expansion tank, changed the rad cap just in case and the thermostat but still losing water, still drives great, but cant go too far and wont even consider towing any help on what else I need to do to solve the problem.
Thanks |

It's sounds like a cracked head because you've done everything else.
Take the pipe of the over flow tank and put it into a glass of water see if there is air bubbles in it when the engine warms up. |
